Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of science and cultural history of food and drink in two adventure tours.
 

The ´body journey´ invites you on an exciting knowledge tour through the human body and to follow the path of food, whereby you are guided down an organic-looking tunnel system.
 

If you want to learn about eating behaviour in the Palaeolithic Age or ancient Rome, ´Time Travel´ is the right place for you. In this section, European eating and drinking culture in different eras such as the Baroque is brought to life.
 

Hand-On stations invite you to join and reflect. Archaeological finds from all over the world and Brunswick as well as anatomical models round off the experience.
